Very excited this morning when I ate my breakfast of string cheese and a banana. My string cheese had 7 grams of protein, 0 grams of trans fat, 20% of my daily value of Calcium and 25% of my daily value of Vitamin D. Thank you Jenna for the talk on Nutritional labels last month. Although I am not sure my fellow shoppers at the super market were so happy with me as I blocked the isle with my shopping cart while reading all of the labels. Note to self, I won't do my shopping the day before Super bowl.
